We want to make you aware of a processing issue that may affect transactions displayed on your account dated April 2, 2025. Due to a delay from our transaction processor, some transactions that originally occurred earlier in the year were just posted today.
These transactions may include “1/24/25” in their description. In some cases, they may appear as duplicate transactions, especially if a temporary credit was previously applied to your account in error. These postings are part of a correction process to ensure accurate account records.
We encourage all members to:
- Review your transaction history carefully.
- Look for transactions dated April 2, 2025 that include “1/24/25” in the description or that look similar to past activity.
- Contact us if you believe a transaction was posted in error or need help understanding your account.
